Finance Team - Administrator
Administrative Support

Position: Finance Team - Administrator

Location: Taiwan, Taipei (Mainly remote, but some attendance is required by the manager.)

Headcounts: 1

Deadline: May 30, 2022

Salary: 35,000-40,000 TWD (Will be able to increase based on experience and skills)

Length: Full-time, non-fixed contract.

📍Job Description:

Administrative Work:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as faxing, mailing, filing, organizing, and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
  • Support administrative work in the Taipei office when required.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, and take meeting minutes.
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Assist office vendor management.
  • Coordinator office procedure and supply.
  • Assist office expense process
  • Handle incoming calls (External & internal).

Finance work:

  • Finance main contact of external shareholders.
  • Coordinate administrative finance projects and assist in ad hoc projects
  • Prepare audit, tax return, and other statutory filings of subsidiaries compliant with local regulations.

📍Who are we looking for:

  • Qualifications
  1. University degree (In BA, Finance is a plus)
  2. Language level:
    1. Fluent in Chinese and English
    2. *English: Native or Advanced (TOEFL 100+, IELTS 7+, or C1 in CEFR)
  3. Previous administrative experience. (Experience in an international company is a plus)
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills
  6. Discreet, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential information
  7. Problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, take initiative, and act proactively
  • Good to have:
  1. Professional reading and writing in English:
  2. Experienced in writing professional documents, such as papers, official documents, etc.
  3. Second language is Spanish, Arabic, Indonesian, French, and Chinese. (Advance or above).
  4. Ability to design or layout professional documents by using Adobe or any other design software.
  5. Side project or teamwork experience in a fast-growing, international environment.
