This master communicator would enjoy sharing our product vision as we strive to bring various stakeholders on board, including: new team members, open source developers, and potential customers.  

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage team priorities, initiatives, and task lists to ensure we are consistently meeting our deadlines and milestones

• Create and maintain calendars, deadlines, and spreadsheets

• Write clear and actionable product requirements as part of an agile design and development team

• Collaboratively create, share, and maintain short, medium, and long-term goals to keep everyone on track

• Track, synthesize, report and present on team progress updates daily, weekly, and monthly

• Lead team status meetings and monitor daily stand-ups: achievements and challenges

• Communicate frequently with all team members and external stakeholders on product and project status

Requirements:

• Strong project management skills : Planning, scheduling, organizing, communicating, prioritizing, executing, and monitoring

• Excellent written and verbal communications across both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

• Bachelor's Degree. Major in related field such as: Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology (or equivalent relevant work experience) 

• Ability to work well in a highly collaborative and cross-functional team

• Self-directed; innovative thinker and problem solver

• Track record using data and consumer insights to prioritize & execute on product roadmap

• Startup and tech industry experience highly coveted

• Experience and/or passion for working with open source projects is a big plus

• Technical background or clear understanding of developer products; experience with SaaS offerings a plus
