Role

We are looking to recruit talented, fresh-thinking and enthusiastic HR professionals with outstanding administrative and communication skills to join our new People & Culture team, one of the most strategic teams of Slasify. 

As an HR Company, we are a people-first company and are passionate about creating a culture that reflects that. The People & Culture Team will be at the forefront of empowering the talent capabilities of Slasify. You will be working closely with our CEO and the management team to drive large-scale people-related projects and deliver a direct impact to our employees across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.

  • Define and deliver the long-term People strategy for the company.

  • Ensure compliance with people policies and processes for the area of responsibility. 

  • Supporting the development and implementation of People initiatives and systems.

  • Acting as a brand ambassador to promote the company’s values to improve team member engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in human resource/people management capacity.

  • A positive, open-minded approach to tackling challenges.

  • Confident when working alone, highly organized and able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable in using and always up-to-date with online collaboration tools

  • Good communication skills, especially in a multicultural environment.

  • Fluent in business English

Nice to have

  • Experience in a multicultural environment, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin.
